COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGEAs
a services-based organisation,
the New Dawn Group of companies
seeks to differentiate itself
by attaining the highest possible
certification. This gives our
current and future clients
the peace of mind that the solutions
built and delivered by the
New Dawn Group
are of the highest quality.
NDH and its subsidiaries are
further differentiated by securing
exclusive distribution rights
to various product sets. The
size, status and national reach
of
our organisation allows it
to occupy a space previously
dominated
by the "big four" consulting
houses. In terms of growth, further
acquisitions are planned in order
for NDH to continue to expand
its service and product offering
in
response to market demand. One
of our key focus areas is the
public sector and we'll continue
to increase
our national footprint to better
support our local government
initiatives. Expansion into Africa
is also part
of the company's future plans. HISTORY
New
Dawn Holdings (Pty) Ltd (NDH)
started out as New Dawn
Technologies (Pty) Ltd (NDT)
in 1999 based in Tshwane and
then in 2002, relocated to
Midrand. Initially company
growth was organic, thereafter,
growth was through acquisition
of the Cape-based company,
Siyazakha Information Technology
(SIT) in January 2003 which
established a presence in Cape
Town. By February 2004 NDT
had a Staff complement of 52
people which went up to 150
with the acquisition of three
IOCORE companies.
Due to market demands NDT
continued growing in 2004
and 2005 resulting in the
opening of Offices in Cape Town, Durban,
Polokwane and Rustenburg. In
February 2006, NDT changed
its name to New Dawn Holdings
(Pty) Ltd and established four
subsidiary companies with a
staff complement of 350.
